A1. Only one receiver can operate at a time.
 
A2. Yes, we can change your receiver/hardware at anytime but please notify the old mac address you are using with the new mac address you will like connect.
 A3. At any time you are able to add on to your membership, before or after the expire date.
 

just press on “Renewal”  in our menu and choose how long you wish to continue for.

REFUND OR WARRANTY
we respect and want to provide the best to our users, we offer a 2 day FULL REFUND Warranty. Once 2 days has passed we will no longer offer a refund.
